Acceptable Use Policy

Draft pilot policy. This document is a placeholder pending legal review and may change before or during the pilot.

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Pilot Portal and the LLM gateway it provides access to (the "Service"). It applies to every request you send through the gateway endpoint, including POST /v1/messages.

1. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

• engage in, facilitate, or promote any unlawful activity, or violate any applicable law or regulation;
• generate, solicit, or distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening content, or content that sexualizes or endangers minors;
• create malware, exploits, or other content intended to harm, defraud, deceive, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others, or process personal data without a lawful basis;
• attempt to circumvent the Service's safety controls, budgets, rate limits, or access controls, or disrupt or overload the Service.

2. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit through the Service and for your use of any output you receive. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content and that doing so, and your use of the output, complies with this policy and applicable law.

3. Enforcement

The operator may refuse, throttle, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any actual or suspected violation of this policy or the Terms of Service. The operator may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

4. Changes

This policy may be updated. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
