Terms of Service
Draft pilot terms. This document is a placeholder pending legal review and may change before or during the pilot.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By registering for or using the Pilot Portal and the LLM gateway it provides access to (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Service.
2. The pilot
The Service is provided on a limited, evaluation ("pilot") basis. It may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time, and access is offered at the operator's discretion. Usage may be subject to per-account budgets and per-request limits.
3. Your account and API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any API keys issued to you, and for all activity that occurs under them. Do not share your API key. Notify the operator promptly if you believe a key has been compromised, and revoke it from the portal.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy at all times. You are responsible for the content you submit through the Service and for your use of any output. Access may be refused or terminated for violations.
5. Payments and credit balance
Credit you purchase is prepaid, non-interest-bearing, and drawn down as you use the Service; unused credit does not expire but has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. Card and local payment method details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe on its hosted checkout page — we never receive or store your card number. Purchases are generally non-refundable once credit has been applied to your balance, except where required by applicable law; contact contact@ecoino.my if you believe a charge was made in error. A subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled from the portal or the Stripe billing portal; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
6. Service "as is"; no warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Model outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purposes; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service during the pilot.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
